1 Introduction

3 Account Eligibility

To open and maintain an Account with mamba196, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

The creation of multiple accounts — whether under different names, email addresses, device identifiers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances being subject to forfeiture review.

5. Non-Restricted Jurisdiction: You must not be resident in or accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to verify whether your jurisdiction permits access to online gambling platforms of this nature.
6. Own Account: You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or on behalf of any third party. All deposits, wagers, and withdrawals must be executed using payment methods registered in your own name.

4 Account Registration & Management

Registration on the mamba196 Platform requires you to provide a valid email address, a chosen username, and a secure password, along with such other information as the registration form may require from time to time. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable time may result in withdrawal delays or Account suspension.

5 Terms of Use

The mamba196 Platform is provided for the purpose of lawful entertainment only. You agree to use the Platform in good faith, in accordance with these Terms, and in compliance with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

You specifically agree that you will not:

• use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation;

• use the Platform's services in connection with any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime.

mamba196 monitors Platform usage for suspicious patterns and reserves the right to withhold withdrawals, suspend accounts, and report suspected financial crimes to relevant authorities where required under our licensing obligations.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

mamba196 supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods tailored for Malaysian users, including but not limited to: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (covering Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online, and Hong Leong Connect), as well as cryptocurrency options including BTC and USDT (TRC-20 and ERC-20 networks). The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without notice.

The minimum deposit amount is RM30. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are as stated on the Platform's payment page and may vary by payment method. 7 Bonuses & Promotions

All such offers are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements stated at the time of the promotion. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

General principles applicable to all mamba196 bonuses:

• Bonuses are intended for personal, recreational use only. Systematic exploitation of bonus offers through hedging, arbitrage, or multiple accounts is prohibited.
• mamba196 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, with or without notice, where the Company reasonably believes that exploitation or abuse is occurring.
• Bonus funds are generally non-withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. Specific wagering multipliers, eligible games, and time limits are stated in individual promotion terms.

8 Betting & Gaming Rules

All Wagers placed on the mamba196 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or sports betting market, as displayed within the Platform at the time of play. In all cases, the game or market rules take precedence over general Terms in the event of a specific conflict relating to wager settlement.

For sports betting markets — including but not limited to English Premier League (EPL) fixtures, Liga Super Malaysia matches, UEFA competitions, and UFC events — mamba196 reserves the right to:

• void, postpone, or suspend betting markets at any time, including after wagers have been placed, where an event is cancelled, postponed, or where the integrity of the market is in question;
• cap maximum winnings per event, per market, or per user at levels stated within the Platform's betting rules;
• refuse, cancel, or reverse any Wager where a manifest error in odds has occurred, including situations where odds or handicap lines were published at a clearly incorrect price due to human or technical error.

9 Responsible Gambling

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the mamba196 Platform. Any User found engaging in prohibited conduct may have their Account suspended or terminated, their Balance withheld pending investigation, and their details reported to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC;
• Opening or operating more than one Account, whether personally or through an associate;
• Colluding with other Players, employees, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage;
• Using software exploits, artificial intelligence, or any technical means to manipulate game outcomes or odds;
• Processing deposits or withdrawals through payment accounts registered in a third party's name;
• Any form of money laundering, structuring of transactions to avoid detection, or use of the Platform for any financial crime;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing mamba196 staff or other Users through any communication channel;
• Reverse engineering, disassembling, or attempting to access the source code or back-end infrastructure of the Platform.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the mamba196 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logos, design elements, graphics, software, text, game interfaces, and data compilations — is the proprietary intellectual property of mamba196 or its licensed suppliers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership right, licence, or interest in any intellectual property on the Platform beyond the limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to access the Platform for personal, non-commercial use.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, publish, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without prior written consent from mamba196. Unauthorised use of any mamba196 intellectual property may result in legal action.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mamba196, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its Services.

mamba196 does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from technical interruptions. Gambling, by its nature, involves financial risk. mamba196 is not responsible for any financial losses incurred by Users through normal gambling activity, and Users accept that they may lose their deposited funds.

13 Suspension & Termination

mamba196 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Account at any time and without prior notice, for any reason the Company deems sufficient in its sole discretion. Circumstances that may lead to Account suspension or termination include, but are not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or financial crime, failure to complete KYC to the Company's satisfaction, or detection of prohibited conduct as described in Section 10.

You may request to close your Account at any time by contacting our 24/7 live chat support. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable time, and any remaining verified Balance (subject to outstanding wagering requirements and pending KYC) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

14 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which mamba196 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory local law applicable in your territory.

15 Amendments

mamba196 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, we will endeavour to notify registered Users via email or an on-site notification. The revised Terms will take effect from the date of publication on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

We recommend that you review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes. The Effective Date at the top of this document indicates when the current version was last updated.
